About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive with around 3 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, audience engagement, and social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies and content calendars.
- Create engaging content ideas for posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Write creative captions, copy, hashtags, and social media content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and viral content formats.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams for timely content delivery.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new content opportunities.
- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Skills:

- 3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management/Marketing.




- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for engaging content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to create and manage content calendars.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
