About the Role

Tecla is looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator who can manage the complete content creation process — from idea and scripting to shooting, editing, publishing coordination, and working with the creative team.

The candidate should understand modern social media content, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, brand videos, and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop content ideas for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Write hooks, concepts, short-form video scripts, captions, and basic storyboards.
- Plan and coordinate content shoots.
- Handle basic mobile/camera shooting independently.
- Direct or coordinate people during content shoots.
- Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and other social media content.
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, marketing team, and other creative team members.
- Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Follow current social media trends and adapt relevant trends for the brand.
- Ensure content is completed and delivered within deadlines.
- Review creative output and maintain consistent brand quality.
- Organise raw footage, scripts, creative assets, and final content.
- Track basic content performance such as views, reach, engagement, saves, and shares.

Minimum Required SkillsContent Creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Ability to generate content ideas independently.
- Basic scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of hooks, CTAs, trends, and audience engagement.





Shooting
- Comfortable shooting using smartphones and/or cameras.
- Basic knowledge of framing, lighting, angles, and audio.
- Ability to coordinate and manage a content shoot.

Video Editing
- Basic to intermediate editing skills.
- Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut or similar software.
- Ability to add subtitles, music, transitions, sound effects, and basic color correction.

Team Coordination
- Ability to coordinate designers, editors, videographers, and marketing team members.
- Ability to communicate briefs clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital content.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be comfortable taking ownership of content production.
- Ability to independently take a content idea from concept → script → shoot → edit → final output.
- Strong creative thinking and awareness of current social media trends.
- Portfolio or previous social media work is mandatory.

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Final salary will depend on experience, portfolio, scripting ability, shooting skills, editing capability, content knowledge, and ability to coordinate the creative team.

Candidates who can independently manage the complete content workflow and lead small creative teams may be considered for a higher package.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
