About The Role Our Client is a premium travel & lifestyle bag brand, and social is where our brand comes to life. This role owns social presence end to end — the creative strategy, the day-to-day execution, the content, and the community around it — and is our front-line voice for customer escalations that come in via social, email and calls.

What You’ll Own

- Social & creative strategy: Own social creative strategy — what we post, how we show up, the content calendar and the brand’s voice across channels.
- Execution across accounts: Run all our social accounts hands-on (Instagram-first) — publishing, engagement, trends and day-to-day management.
- Content & production: Create content yourself, and brief and oversee any content production (shoots, creators, editors) the calendar needs.
- Community: Take charge of the community — reply,



engage and make sure people feel genuinely heard and part of the brand.
- Customer escalations: Be the interface for customer escalations via LimeChat — from Instagram, email and calls — and resolve them with care and an on-brand tone.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 2-4 years managing social for consumer / D2C brands, ideally fashion / lifestyle — with a portfolio of content and accounts you’ve grown, and your own active social presence a plus.
- Skills: A solid creative eye and on-brand writing; fluent in Instagram (Reels-first) and social trends; comfortable creating content (shoot / edit) and briefing production.
- Tools: Canva, Figma, CapCut and Adobe (Photoshop / Premiere) for content; ManyChat for IG / WhatsApp automation; AI content tools a bonus.
- You are: Young, social, extroverted, creative and spontaneous — a people-person with high ownership who makes the community feel something.
