Role Description The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across web, social media, and other digital platforms to support FabricByShal’s brand and marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include drafting product descriptions, blog posts, and marketing copies, ensuring consistency in tone and style, and updating content within content management systems.

The role also involves coordinating with design, marketing, and sales teams to align messaging, optimizing content for search and user engagement,



and monitoring performance to improve future campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular collaboration with the local team and participation in content planning meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, organize, and maintain content across multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with basic SEO principles, social media content creation, and digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- A degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving brand and business needs.
