We help businesses run secure, reliable technology through IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services and digital marketing. We're looking for a creative storyteller who can make technology feel human, relatable and worth following.

Role Summary

As our Social Media Content Creator, you will own how Bizallen shows up online. You'll plan, shoot, design and publish content – reels, posters, carousels, stories and posts – that builds our brand, engages decision-makers and brings in business. You'll turn complex IT topics into simple, engaging stories and use data to keep improving what works. You will report directly to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and run a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and X
- Script, shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos): explainers, behind-the-scenes, team features, client stories and tech tips
- Design posters, carousels, infographics, banners and story creatives in line with Bizallen's brand identity
- Write captions, hooks, LinkedIn posts and short-form copy in a transparent, professional yet friendly voice
- Turn technical topics (cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, managed services) into easy-to-understand stories for business owners and IT heads
- Create case studies, client success stories and founder/thought-leadership content
- Publish and schedule content; respond to comments and messages; grow followers, engagement and inbound enquiries
- Support Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns with creatives and copy
- Track reach, engagement, watch time, follower growth and leads,



and share monthly reports with insights

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on social media content creation for a brand or agency (freshers with a strong portfolio can apply)
- A robust portfolio of reels, posters and posts you have created (mandatory)
- Solid video shooting and editing skills for short-form content
- Good sense of design, layout, typography and colour
- Excellent written English; Hindi is a plus
- Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms, trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Design, Media or related field (or equivalent experience)

Tools

- Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator or Figma
- Video: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN or InShot (After Effects is a plus)
- Scheduling and analytics: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Page analytics, Buffer / Hootsuite
- AI tools for ideation, scripting and design

Good to Have

- Experience with B2B, tech, SaaS or IT services brands
- Basic SEO, Google Analytics and paid social ads knowledge
- Photography skills and comfort being on camera
- Motion graphics or animated explainers

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
