About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Draftsman cum Site Supervisor (Trainee) to join our team. The role involves assisting with drafting, design development, site supervision, and coordination for landscape and related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify technical drawings and layouts as per project requirements.
- Assist in preparing landscape and site plans.
- Support the team in developing 2D and 3D drawings and visualizations.
- Visit project sites and assist with site supervision and execution.
- Coordinate with the design and site execution teams.
- Monitor site work to ensure execution is as per drawings and specifications.
- Take site measurements and maintain required project documentation.
- Assist in checking materials, dimensions, and work quality at site.
- Identify and communicate site-related issues to the concerned team.
- Support project planning and day-to-day site coordination.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Fresh graduates and candidates looking to begin their career are welcome to apply.
- Robust interest in landscape design and site execution is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Required Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- Revit
- 3ds Max
Candidates with knowledge of multiple software tools will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Passion for landscapes and outdoor design.
- Basic understanding of construction/site execution.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Willingness to learn and work in a site-oriented environment.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
