WE’RE HIRING: SITE MANAGER

Location: Umbergaon, Gujarat

Are you an experienced site qualified with strong coordination skills and a practical understanding of construction and machinery installation? Join our team as a Site Manager and play a key role in ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate civil construction and site development activities.

Supervise machinery installation and commissioning to ensure work is completed safely and according to schedule.

Monitor daily site progress and coordinate activities to meet project timelines.

Anticipate upcoming requirements and ensure the timely availability of manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources.

Prepare accurate and timely site progress and status reports for management.

Maintain records of site expenses and expenditures and submit periodic reports.

Coordinate closely with the Stores Department regarding material receipt, issue, movement, and availability.

Ensure the proper utilization, control, and accountability of materials, manpower, and site resources.

Work effectively with contractors, vendors, engineers,



and other site personnel.

Identify potential delays, shortages, and operational challenges in advance, and support timely resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

- Practical knowledge of civil construction and site development work.
- 5-10 years relevant experience in machinery installation and commissioning.
- Strong site coordination, communication, and follow-up abilities.
- Proven ability to anticipate site requirements and take proactive action.
- Good reporting, documentation, and basic expense-recording skills.
- Ability to independently manage daily site operations and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Previous experience in a site management or supervisory role will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month

Accommodation: Provided by the company

Saturday: Half day

Sunday: Weekly off

Location: Umbergaon, Gujarat

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
