Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior and construction projects. This role involves coordinating site activities, managing site teams and trade professionals, and ensuring work is completed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

The Site

Supervisor monitors quality of materials and workmanship, updates project progress, and resolves on-site issues in collaboration with project managers and designers. The role also includes regular reporting, documentation of site activities,



and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to support seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, with experience managing multiple contractors and trade professionals.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out, construction processes, and materials, including custom and modular furniture installations.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, technical specifications, and work schedules.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of digital tools for tracking site progress.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe and compliant job site.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, designers, vendors, and on-site teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on quality, timelines, and cost control.
- Prior experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in interiors or construction; experience in high-quality residential or commercial projects is an advantage.
- Relevant technical qualification (e.g., diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, or construction management) preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site full time in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and travel between project locations as needed.
