- Ensure work quality and timely completion.

- Manage material requirements and maintain site records.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors.

- Share daily progress updates and photographs with management.

- Report site issues, delays, and additional requirements promptly.

- Ensure proper use of materials and maintain site safety.
