Position: Site Supervisor – Residential Project Location: Silvassa Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month Experience: 3–5 Years Job Type: Full-time | On-site :

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities for our residential building project in Silvassa. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction work at the residential project site.
- Manage labour, contractors and subcontractors and allocate daily work. - Monitor civil work including RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brick/block work and plastering.
- Supervise flooring, tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical and other finishing works. - Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and required quality standards. - Check line, level, alignment and measurements of work.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors and vendors for smooth execution.

Maintain daily manpower and work -progress records. -





Check material requirements and ensure proper utilization at site.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and basic safety practices at the residential site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedule.

Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in residential construction/site supervision.
- Good knowledge of residential building construction and finishing work.
- Ability to understand construction drawings and site requirements.
- Good labour and contractor handling skills.
- Diploma/ITI/Civil Engineering qualification preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills. - Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Silvassa.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,409.29 per month
