Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role based in Delhi, India.

The Site

Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily installation and assembly activities for storage systems, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with design specifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, guiding installation teams, allocating tasks, and monitoring progress at the site. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, checking material deliveries, managing tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

The Site

Supervisor will also conduct basic quality checks, enforce safety procedures,



document site activities, and communicate with clients or internal stakeholders regarding timelines, issues, and site requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of industrial storage systems, including pallet racks, mezzanine floors, cable trays, and warehouse racks.
- Experience supervising installation or construction sites and coordinating daily work for on-site teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and installation manuals.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices, basic risk assessment, and compliance with site safety rules.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with technicians, contractors, and clients.
- Basic project coordination skills, including time management, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
- Problem-solving skills for handling on-site issues such as alignment, fitment, and material discrepancies.
- Previous experience in industrial fabrication, warehousing infrastructure, or construction-related roles is preferred.
- Relevant technical diploma or vocational qualification in mechanical, civil, or related field is an advantage.
- Ability to travel to different customer sites within and around Delhi as required.
