Job Overview

Paramount Associates is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day activities at assigned real estate sites in Gurugram.

The candidate will be responsible for regular site visits, coordinating with workers and other team members, monitoring site activities, and ensuring that assigned work is completed properly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily activities at the assigned site.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure smooth site operations.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, and internal team members.
- Monitor work progress and report updates to the management.
- Ensure work is completed according to the given instructions.
- Identify and report any site-related issues or requirements.
- Maintain proper communication between the site team and management.
- Handle basic site-related coordination and customer requirements when required.
- Ensure proper discipline and coordination among workers at the site.




- Maintain basic records and provide regular site updates.
- Support the team in resolving day-to-day site-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, real estate, construction, property, or related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise workers effectively.
- Responsible, punctual, and comfortable with field work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive problem-solving and site-management skills.
- Own vehicle is mandatory for regular site visits.
- Must be comfortable travelling to different sites in Gurugram.

Working Days & Weekly Off
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Working days
- Weekly Off: One day between Monday to Thursday
- The candidate should be comfortable working on weekends.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
