Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of retail projects by coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee site execution activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage labour control processes to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in site supervision or a related field (retail projects).
- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications preferred.
- Robust understanding of store design principles, modular kitchen systems, wardrobe installations, furniture assembly/installation techniques.
