Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day project activities at client locations and internal sites. This role includes supervising installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fuel handling, piping, combustion, and thermal systems in line with safety and quality standards.

The Site

Supervisor coordinates workforce scheduling, monitors progress against project plans, and ensures adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. The role involves conducting site inspections, documenting work completed, reporting issues,



and collaborating with engineering and project teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.

The Site

Supervisor also interacts with clients and vendors on site, supports testing and safety checks, and promotes efficient and secure energy utilization practices.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising industrial or engineering project sites, preferably in fuel management, piping, combustion, or thermal systems.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for handling fuels such as LPG, LNG, PNG.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, installation plans, and engineering documentation.
- Proficiency in coordinating site teams, managing contractors, and monitoring daily work schedules and progress.
- Effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical and operational issues on site.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder interaction.
- Comfort working in industrial environments with a focus on safe work practices and risk mitigation.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in energy solutions, heat-generating systems, or fuel conversion projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and travel to project locations as required.
