About Designer’s Antique

Designer’s Antique is an interior design and architectural consultancy firm based in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. We focus on creating functional, aesthetically refined and well-executed interior spaces while maintaining high standards of quality and detailing.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior project execution and ensure that work is carried out as per approved designs, drawings, specifications and timelines.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day interior site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring work quality and ensuring that projects are executed according to the design and schedule.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of interior execution, construction materials, site processes and manpower coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and project execution.

Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other site workers.

Manage and coordinate manpower at the project site.

Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.





Check measurements and ensure accurate execution as per drawings.

Coordinate with the interior design team regarding site requirements and design changes.

Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the senior team.

Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams.

Ensure proper sequencing of work to avoid delays.

Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed within the scheduled deadlines.

Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available as required.

Check materials delivered to site for quantity and quality.

Maintain proper site discipline, cleanliness and safety standards.

Maintain daily updates regarding site progress, manpower and material requirements.

Communicate any delays, technical issues or execution challenges to the concerned team.

Ensure proper finishing and detailing of the final work.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior site supervision.

Experience in residential or commercial interior projects will be an advantage.

Solid practical knowledge of interior execution and construction processes.

Proactive in identifying and resolving site issues.

Comfortable travelling to different project sites in and around Pune.

Able to communicate effectively with designers, clients, contractors and vendors.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and suitability for the role.

The role may require travel to various project sites in Pune.
