Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Civil to supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers and contractors, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality workmanship, following approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining safety standards at the site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate and allocate work to masons, helpers, carpenters, bar benders, and other site workers.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedules.
- Supervise RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower, material requirements, and equipment availability.
- Read and understand basic civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Ensure proper measurements and execution of work as per drawings.
- Identify site issues and report technical or construction-related problems to the Site Engineer.
- Monitor contractor and labour productivity.
- Maintain daily work progress and site activity records.
- Ensure proper use and handling of construction materials to minimize wastage.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure workers use appropriate safety equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the construction site.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are stored properly.




- Assist Site Engineers with measurements, inspections, and quality checks.
- Monitor finishing work and identify defects requiring rectification.
- Coordinate with other teams to avoid delays and work conflicts.
- Support project handover and completion activities.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read basic civil and architectural drawings.
- Experience handling workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of construction materials and quality standards.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
- Willingness to work according to project requirements and timelines.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in residential buildings, commercial projects, high-rise construction, industrial projects, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
