We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day construction and interior works at project sites.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities and workers.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers and suppliers.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and instructions.
- Monitor work quality, materials and progress.
- Take measurements and maintain basic site records.
- Report daily progress and site requirements to the management.
- Coordinate different trades such as civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, gypsum, etc.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the site.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction/interior works.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/Excel is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Candidates with their own two-wheeler will be given preference.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.

Location: Kochi / Ernakulam

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
