We are looking for an analytical, trend-conscious Social Media Analyst to join our team on-site in New Town, Kolkata, to decode user behavior, measure content performance, and uncover actionable growth levers.

The Opportunity

If you look beyond vanity metrics, love connecting engagement numbers directly to customer behavior and revenue, and enjoy dissecting why a specific hook, audio, or format performed exceptionally well, this role is for you.

You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and founder teams to turn complex social data into clear, actionable creative and distribution playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key social metrics (reach, retention/watch time, engagement rate, saves, shares, profile visits, and CTR) across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital touchpoints.

Content & Audience Insights: Dissect organic and paid content performance to identify winning hooks, optimal post frequencies, formats, and creative fatigue.

Trend & Competitor Intelligence: Benchmark competitor strategies, analyze industry D2C skincare trends, and spot emerging creative formats and audience discussions early.

Social Listening & Sentiment Analysis: Track brand mentions, customer conversations,



and product sentiment to surface insights that inform product messaging and customer care.

Collaboration with Creative Teams: Partner with the Social Media Manager and creative crew to provide clear data-backed recommendations for shoot concepts, video hooks, and asset optimization.

Attribution & Growth Funnel: Track social-to-store customer journeys (traffic, link-in-bio conversions, promo code traction) to quantify social media ROI.

What We’re Looking For ?

Analytical Background: 1–3 years of experience analyzing social media performance, digital marketing campaigns, or e-commerce audience engagement.

Tool Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of native platform analytics (Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, Meta Business Suite) along with social listening or reporting tools (e.g., Notion, Google Looker Studio, or advanced Excel/Sheets).

Creative + Data Mindset: Ability to translate raw spreadsheets into visual summaries and clear creative directives that non-technical creators can immediately apply.

Deep Social Understanding: Strong familiarity with how social algorithms work—especially short-form video retention dynamics.

Location: Must be based in or willing to work on-site in New Town, Kolkata.
