Site Engineer – Civil / Structural

WINFra Technical Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for a young, energetic Site Engineer with a strong interest in structural engineering and site execution.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in steel projects.

We are particularly looking for candidates currently based in Chennai who are available to join immediately and are willing to travel or work at project sites across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day civil and structural works at site.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret structural drawings and construction documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, engineers, and project teams.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and site activities.




- Prepare basic site reports and progress updates.
- Support execution of steel structures, industrial structures, and infrastructure projects.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years of site experience preferred.
- Fresh or less-experienced candidates with solid practical knowledge may also be considered.
- Good fundamentals in Civil and Structural Engineering.
- Basic understanding of structural drawings.
- Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel and work at different project locations.
- Candidates from Chennai preferred.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
