Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure site execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Manage labor resources, including planning, organizing, and supervising workers on-site.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Solid understanding of building construction processes, including site management, planning, execution, and quality control.
