Job Summary

The Project Site Engineer oversees the installation, commissioning, and execution of genset and acoustic enclosure projects. The incumbent will be responsible for site supervision,

technical coordination, quality assurance, and ensuring timely project completion while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

 Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of gensets and acoustic enclosures at project sites.  Ensure work is executed as per design specifications, technical standards, and safety guidelines.

 Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and labor teams for smooth execution.

1. Project Planning & Coordination

 Work closely with the Project Manager and design team to understand project requirements.  Develop site execution schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines.

 Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams for material availability.

1. Quality Control & Compliance

 Inspect materials, equipment, and installation processes for quality assurance.  Ensure adherence to ISO, electrical safety, and environmental regulations.

 Conduct pre-commissioning checks and post-installation testing.

1. Site Reporting & Documentation

 Maintain daily progress reports, work logs, and material consumption records.  Identify and escalate any site challenges, delays, or technical issues to the Project

Manager.





 Ensure proper documentation of installation procedures, test reports, and handover documents.

1. Safety & Risk Management

 Enforce safety protocols and risk assessments at project sites.  Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site workers.

 Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adherence to HSE guidelines.

Location: Bengaluru, Delhi.

Key Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical.

 3+ years of experience in site execution, installation, or commissioning in gensets,

acoustics, or industrial projects.

 Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and structural components of gensets and acoustic enclosures.

 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project blueprints.

 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues in office.

 Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

 Experience in DG sets, power plants, HVAC systems, or noise control enclosures.

 Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or ERP tools for project tracking.

 Familiarity with civil, electrical, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
