– SITE ENGINEER (EXECUTION)

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute site work as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Conduct quality checks and material testing.

- Prepare work plans and monitor site progress.

- Manage material consumption and prevent wastage.

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

- Take measurements, prepare BOQ, and maintain progress reports.

- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors.

Key Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 1–5 years of construction/real estate experience.

- Knowledge of construction methods, drawing reading, BOQ, estimation, and measurements.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

- Good site management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Positive communication skills; English and Kannada preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
