Factory: SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Pudukottai, Tamil Nadu

Project locations: Industrial sites across India

Mandatory requirement: Candidates must be willing to travel and work at project sites across India, including outstation stays as required for project execution.

We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise industrial project execution and coordinate daily site activities with clients, our manpower and the factory team. This role requires hands-on site supervision, clear communication and a robust commitment to quality, safety and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily site activities with clients, site representatives, supervisors and our manpower.

· Plan daily work, allocate manpower and monitor progress against project schedules.

· Supervise installation and execution according to approved drawings, specifications and work instructions.

· Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, transport and site logistics with the factory and project team.

· Ensure site readiness, access, work permits and required client support before starting activities.

· Monitor workmanship and site safety; communicate issues promptly and arrange corrective action.





· Maintain daily progress reports, attendance, material records, site photographs and work measurements.

· Identify site constraints and technical issues, and coordinate solutions with clients and management.

· Support inspections, testing, commissioning, snag clearance and project handover.

· Obtain client verification of completed work and measurements, and submit supporting site records.

Candidate Requirements

· Willingness to travel and stay at project sites across India is essential.

· Engineering diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.

· Good communication, manpower supervision and team coordination skills.

· Ability to read engineering drawings and maintain site reports and measurements.

· Industrial project or installation experience preferred.

· Hindi speaking is an added advantage.
