Role: Site Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Site Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on site execution experience in residential and commercial building construction. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing workforce and subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and executing projects strictly as per structural drawings and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise complete on-site civil construction, RCC work, masonry, and finishing works according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate and manage site labor, contractors, bar benders, and masons to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor incoming construction materials (cement, steel, sand, aggregate), verify quality/quantities, and maintain daily stock reconciliation.
- Conduct strict stage-wise quality inspections for formwork, reinforcement steel binding, concrete pouring, curing,



brickwork, and plastering.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), bar bending schedules (BBS), and maintain accurate labor attendance and measurement sheets.
- Verify contractor work measurements and assist in client and subcontractor bill checking.
- Ensure safety protocols are maintained on-site and resolve technical site challenges independently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on site execution experience in building construction projects.
- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in reading RCC, structural, and architectural drawings; practical knowledge of bar bending schedules (BBS) and basic MS Excel/AutoCAD.
- Site Management: Proven ability to handle labor, resolve in office execution issues, and enforce strict quality standards.
