About Zen Eats Zen Eats is a technology-enabled cafeteria and food management company helping corporates, educational institutions, and other organizations manage their food and cafeteria operations efficiently.

We are looking for a Site Coordinator – Pune who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations across all Zen Eats sites in Pune.

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across all Zen Eats sites in Pune. Regularly visit sites and ensure smooth cafeteria and food service operations. Coordinate with food vendors, site teams, clients, and Zen Eats management. Monitor food quality, hygiene, service standards, and customer experience. Ensure vendors follow agreed operational processes and guidelines. Track attendance and performance of on-site staff and vendors. Resolve operational issues and escalate major concerns to management. Conduct regular site inspections and submit daily/weekly operational reports. Coordinate new vendor onboarding, site launches, pop-ups, and operational requirements. Monitor inventory, equipment, cleanliness, and overall site readiness. Ensure timely resolution of complaints and operational issues.



Travel between different Zen Eats sites across Pune as required.

Candidate Requirements 1–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, food service, cafeteria management, QSR, or a similar role. Good communication and coordination skills. Should be comfortable travelling across different locations in Pune. Strong problem-solving and people-management skills. * Ability to independently handle multiple sites and operational requirements.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting. Should be proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
