We're a science-led skincare Jaipur. We are hiring for a short-form video editor for our in-house content production team.

What you'll do

- Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and ads
- Turn long raw footage into tight 15 to 45 second videos with a strong opening and no dead air
- Cut several versions of each video: different openings, lengths and formats (9:16, 4:5, 1:1)
- Add captions, on-screen text, simple motion graphics, music and clean audio
- Keep on-screen text to the approved script and claims
- Build templates for captions, titles and graphics so every video looks like Glycophil
- Review how videos perform and re-edit based on where viewers drop off
- Help on shoot days with framing, lighting and sound
- Keep footage and edits organised so anything can be found and reused

What we're looking for

- 1 to 3 years editing short-form video for a brand, creator or agency
- A reel of short-form work that was actually posted, not practice edits
- Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus CapCut




- Strong hooks and tight pacing: a reason to keep watching every few seconds
- Clean audio and properly licensed music
- Readable, on-brand captions and on-screen text
- True-to-life colour, especially skin, with no beauty filters or skin smoothing
- Fast turnaround: you'll be finishing several videos every week
- Ability to create visual effects and other non-shot content is a huge plus

Nice to have

- Ad edits for D2C or beauty brands
- Experience using viewer drop-off data to improve edits
- After Effects or easy motion graphics: animated text, callouts, product labels
- Can shoot on a phone or camera yourself
- A clean, calm editing style rather than loud, meme-heavy cuts
