Role Description This full-time hybrid ServiceNow System Analyst role is based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for some work from home. The ServiceNow System Analyst will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze current processes, and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations and workflows.

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting functional and technical specifications, performing system analysis,



and supporting implementation, enhancement, and integration of ServiceNow modules. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with development and support teams, and ensuring alignment with IT service management best practices. The analyst will also contribute to testing, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize platform usage and service delivery.

Qualifications

- Robust Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills to translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose issues and optimize system performance.
- Solid foundation in Information Technology concepts and IT service management processes.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM, ITOM, ITAM platforms, including configuration and workflow design.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, incident and change management, and service catalog design is highly beneficial.
- CIS certification will be a big plus
