Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a 3-month contract. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow applications and workflows based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and script includes.
- Work on ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript.
- Develop and customize Service Portal components where required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application issues.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and other technical teams.
- Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Workflows.
- Experience with Service Catalog and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
- Good understanding of CMDB and ITSM processes.




- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal is an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience with ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration and API development.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow performance and best practices.

- Candidates should be available to work from the Hyderabad office.
- Candidates should be comfortable with a 3-month contract engagement.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners would be preferred.
