Candidate Expectations

Total and Relevant Experience – Minimum 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of minimum experience in ServiceNow is a must.

Skills - ServiceNow development, SecOps, Vulnerability Response (VR), IRM/GRC, TPRM, BCM, ServiceNow configuration and scripting, security tool integrations.

Candidate Industry – IT Services.

Education and Certification Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics, or related field

Certification : Certifications on ServiceNow modules will be an added advantage.

Detailed Role requires a combination of ServiceNow technical expertise, GRC/Security domain knowledge, quality assurance, test automation, stakeholder management, and team leadership .

Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across SecOps, Vulnerability Response, IRM/GRC, TPRM, and BCM .

Drive end-to-end quality assurance for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, integrations, and releases.

Execute testing activities for new implementations, enhancements, releases, upgrades, and defect fixes.

Identify, document,



track, prioritize, and manage defects through closure in collaboration with development and business teams.

Analyze and create test execution results and appropriate test metrics.

Valuable understanding and execution of software testing techniques and strategies.

Collaborate with different business teams to troubleshoot functional or technical issues.

Reviews and refines designs for usability, review testing scenarios and refine test cases, to ensure applications quality and works with users to review test results to ensure they meet expected results. Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, product upgrades, new technology deployments.

Proficiency and experience using GRC concepts, Policies and various compliance areas.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead assignments/teams and mentor others and build a team.

Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios or discussions with leaders and stakeholders for capabilities delivered.

Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
