KefDay Cafe is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day café operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a polite and skilled manner.

- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.

- Serve food and beverages efficiently.

- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.

- Check on customers and respond to their requests.

- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.

- Coordinate with kitchen and other team members for smooth service.

- Follow café service standards and company procedures.

- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.

- Maintain proper grooming, punctuality, and professional behavior.
