Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to customers through field service calls, troubleshooting issues with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and other industrial automation equipment.

- Conduct commissioning and installation of recent systems, ensuring proper configuration and testing.

- Troubleshoot complex problems using problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA) and fault tree diagrams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall product reliability.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role providing technical services in the industrial automation industry.

- Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI software (e.g., Wonderware).

- Experience with VFD technology and ability to troubleshoot common issues related to motor control circuits.

- Excellent communication skills for effective customer support over phone or email.
