Role Description: The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai.

The Service

Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, and testing of weighing systems at customer locations, ensuring equipment operates according to specifications. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, carrying out maintenance and repair, and providing field service support for a variety of weighing applications. The role involves responding to service calls, documenting work performed, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.

Engineer will interact with customers to explain work carried out, provide basic operational guidance, and ensure a high level of service quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for industrial weighing systems and related equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid Field Service experience, including in office installation, commissioning, and customer support.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare clear service reports.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills, including preventive maintenance, calibration, and component-level repairs.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety standards in industrial environments.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region and work in field conditions as required.
- Prior experience with weighing systems, automation, or instrumentation will be an advantage.
