Job Title : Service Coordinator
Experience : 1- 4 years
Location : UPSIDC Industrial Area, Ghaziabad
Role & Responsibilites :
- Coordinate service calls, breakdowns, AMC & preventive maintenance.
- Schedule customer visits and assign service engineers.
- Follow up with engineers for service reports and job closure.
- Maintain service, customer & AMC records in Excel/CRM.
- Prepare service quotations and AMC proposals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts & Service teams.
- Follow up on pending service calls and payments.
Qualification & Skills :
- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
- Positive communication, coordination & follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Email.
- Service coordination,customer support experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
