- Welcome customers and attend to their service-related enquiries.

- Understand and record customer complaints regarding two-wheelers.

- Prepare job cards with accurate vehicle and customer details.

- Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and record the vehicle's condition.

- Explain the required repairs, maintenance, and estimated service charges to customers.

- Obtain customer approval before proceeding with additional repairs.

- Coordinate with service technicians and the service manager to ensure timely completion of work.

- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress and delivery time.

- Prepare and explain service estimates and final bills.
