- Candidate must have experience as Backend Coordinator or Service Incharge or as Supervisor in Service Industry ( Laptop Authorised Service Centers/Mobile Authorised Service Centers/ Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances )
- Resolve Customer Issues, regarding repairing of products and handling the Customer Enquiries to procure the best products
- Handling Escalation Cases as a Coordinator
- Call Allocation and follow up with Service Technicians
- Always in touch with Field team for regular updates
- Responsible for the Preparation & Maintenance of the MIS Reports on Daily, Weekly, & Monthly Basis
- Assigning the Complaints to the Authorised Service Centers to resolve the Customer Query

Work Experience - 1 - 2 yrs. Fixed Salary 23K p.m. to 25K p.m.
