We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven SEO Specialist to improve our online visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, and performance analytics with experience working in SaaS, B2B, or HR Tech environments preferred.

Requirements EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS?

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and content for search engines and user experience
- Manage on-page SEO activities including meta tags, internal linking, schema, URL structure, and content optimization
- Drive off-page SEO activities such as backlink building, outreach campaigns, and authority development
- Conduct technical SEO audits and work closely with development teams to resolve SEO-related issues
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create SEO-focused content strategies
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics, rankings, traffic,



and conversion trends
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and digital marketing best practices

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

- 3-6 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Organic Growth roles
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Knowledge of keyword strategy, content optimization, backlink analysis, and website auditing
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website structures will be an added advantage
- Experience working with B2B, SaaS, HR Tech, or technology-driven businesses preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and execution focus
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred
