About the Role

We are looking for an SEO-SMO Executive who can contribute to improving website visibility, search rankings, social media presence, and overall digital performance.

The ideal candidate should have a basic-to-intermediate understanding of SEO, SMO, keyword research, content optimisation, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities
- Optimise website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal links
- Assist with Technical SEO activities such as indexing, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, and basic website audits
- Monitor website performance through Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Perform competitor and backlink research
- Build and manage quality backlinks through ethical SEO practices
- Create and optimise social media content for different platforms
- Manage SMO activities to improve brand visibility and engagement
- Track SEO and social media performance and prepare basic reports




- Stay updated with major SEO and social media trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of SEO & SMO
- Understanding of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
- Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis
- Knowledge of Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Valuable content writing and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Preferred

- 6 months–2 years of relevant SEO/SMO experience
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, or similar
- Basic knowledge of WordPress
- Understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile
- Previous experience handling multiple websites/projects will be an advantage
