KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-end Production & Plant Operations
Production Planning, Productivity & Yield
Machinery & Maintenance Management
Worker & Labour Contractor Management
FSSAI, Food Safety & Hygiene Compliance
Raw Material, Inventory & Cost Control
Quality, SOP & Process Improvement
MIS, KPI & Management Reporting
MUST HAVE
✅ 10+ years in FMCG / Food Manufacturing
✅ Mandatory Food Processing / Frozen Food experience
✅ Robust machinery & production knowledge
✅ Large manpower / labour management experience
✅ Hands-on FSSAI & food safety knowledge
✅ Ability to independently manage a manufacturing unit
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
