Role Description

This full-time Senior RPA Developer role is open across multiple Protiviti office locations in India, including Bengaluru, Delhi, Noida, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Mumbai. This is an on-site position requiring the candidate to work directly from the office or client locations as required. The Senior RPA Developer focuses on designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable end-to-end automation solutions using the UiPath Automation Platform. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to translate complex business processes into modular, resilient automations.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end bot development using the Robotic Enterprise (RE) Framework, building custom components/activities in C#/.NET or Python, integrating cognitive and AI capabilities, and conducting rigorous unit, integration, and user-acceptance testing. You will also oversee hypercare,



optimize bot performance, maintain existing automations, and mentor junior developers in adherence to engineering best practices.

Qualifications

- At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience designing and building enterprise automation workflows using the UiPath Automation Platform.
- In-depth mastery of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and the Robotic Enterprise (RE) Framework, including transactional queue management and dispatcher/performer architectures.
- Solid programming and scripting skills in C# and .NET (building custom activities/workflows) and Python; familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience developing automations across complex environments, such as SAP, Citrix/Virtual Desktops, Mainframe, and web/desktop applications using Computer Vision and UI Automation.
- Practical experience with advanced UiPath capabilities, including Document Understanding (DU), Action Center (human-in-the-loop), and UiPath Test Suite.
- Familiarity with modern Agentic and Generative AI automation (e.g., UiPath Autopilot, Agent Builder, or LLM integrations) and the use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery is a strong plus.
- Proven track record with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure coding practices within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills to articulate technical designs, document PDD/SDD artifacts, and mentor junior team members.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer - UiARD or UiPath Certified Automation Developer Qualified) preferred.
- Flexibility and willingness to work from the office or travel to client locations as required.
