We are hiring for one of our clients, a technology talent development company, to deliver industry-focused training at a partner university campus.

? Location: Chennai – On-site

? Experience: 5–8 years

? Working Hours: 9 AM–6 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programmes in Python, AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science and Automation.
- Develop course content, hands-on labs, capstone projects and assessments.
- Conduct workshops, hackathons and live demonstrations to build practical skills.
- Mentor students on real-world projects and platforms such as Kaggle, HackerRank and LeetCode.
- Evaluate assessments, provide feedback and track student learning outcomes.
- Manage cloud resources and promote responsible use of AI tools.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of hands-on industry experience in Python,



FastAPI and full stack development using Django or Single Page Applications.
- At least 2 years of AI development experience using LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of RAG, Agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with cloud deployment, resource provisioning and cloud native application development.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, relational databases, system design and design patterns.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React, Angular or Vue.js.
- Proven technical training experience, including curriculum development, project mentoring and competency-based assessments.

Preferred: NoSQL experience, AI/ML certifications and experience leading AI learning or transformation initiatives.
