Position: Senior Test Engineer - Corporate Banking

Experience: 6+ Years (Minimum 4+ Years in Corporate Banking Testing)

Location: Mumbai | Bangalore | Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UAT/QA Tester with strong expertise in Corporate Banking applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Corporate Customer Onboarding, Payments Testing, Mobile Banking Testing, and end-to-end UAT management. The candidate should be capable of independently driving testing activities, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery of banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Banking testing and overall 6+ Years in QA.
- Experience with Middle East Banking client.
- Strong expertise in Corporate Customer Onboarding including KYC, CIF creation, document verification, approval workflows, AML and customer activation.
- Hands-on experience in Corporate Mobile Banking testing covering login, MFA/OTP, account services, and transaction processing.
- Experience in Payments testing including UAE transfers, international payments, bulk payments, beneficiary management, and approval workflows.
- Extensive experience in managing and executing end-to-end UAT activities, including requirement analysis, test designing, test execution, defect management, business user coordination, and test sign-off support.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of UAT deliverables, proactively manage testing activities, and effectively coordinate with business and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with business users, project stakeholders, developers, and product teams during UAT cycles.
- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution and closure.




- Support test sign-off activities and ensure business readiness for production releases.
- Prepare test reports, metrics, and status updates for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of overall QA/Testing experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Corporate Banking Testing.
- Solid domain knowledge of Corporate Customer Onboarding processes.
- Hands-on experience in Corporate Mobile Banking testing.
- Experience in Payments Testing, including domestic and international payment workflows.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end UAT activities.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, KYC, AML, and approval workflows.
- Experience with defect management and test management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables.

- Experience working directly with business users and banking stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple testing streams and meet project timelines
