We are looking for an experienced Senior Tele-Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Experience
3–4+ years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or lead conversion.
Preferred background:
- Real Estate
- Interior Design
- Architecture / Construction
- Luxury Residential / Commercial Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Understand client requirements and qualify prospects
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into site visits/meetings
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams
- Maintain lead records and follow-up reports
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Robust follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Sales-oriented and target-driven
- Professional Hindi & English communication
- Candidates based in Dehradun preferred
- Experience handling high-value real estate/interior design leads will be an advantage
