Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive end-to-end IT Product recruitment for complex and niche roles across functions

- Build a deep understanding of client businesses, industries, hiring needs, and culture

- Lead strategic sourcing and headhunting, especially for hard-to-close and technical positions

- Act as a primary client partner, maintaining strong, long-term relationships and hiring credibility

- Mentor and guide recruiters, ensuring quality hiring, delivery excellence, and best practices

- Create a collaborative, high-performance team setting with open communication

- Plan and execute walk-in drives and bulk hiring initiatives when required

- Stay agile and open to new challenges,



evolving hiring models, and market demands

Required Skills:

- 4-8 Years of experience in IT Recruitment, Executive Search, or Staffing. Strong interest in talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and building professional networks.

- Working knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social networking channels.

- Basic understanding of Boolean Search, talent mapping, headhunting, and candidate sourcing strategies.

- Exposure to hiring for Technology, Product, Engineering, GCC, Startup, or Corporate roles will be preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates professionally.

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target driven environment
