What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Angular and/or React, along with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Practical exposure to AWS, Docker, and AI agents/Generative AI is required, with the ability to contribute across application development, cloud deployment, and AI-enabled solutions

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. Develop robust backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Build responsive and reusable frontend applications using Angular and/or React. Develop modern user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Design and optimize data models and queries using SQL and NoSQL databases. Containerize applications and services using Docker. Work with AWS services for application deployment, integration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions. Write clean, maintainable, reusable, well-tested code and perform code reviews. Troubleshoot production issues and identify performance and scalability improvements. Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment practices. Design and integrate AI-powered features and AI agents into enterprise applications. Essential Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of professional software development experience. Proven experience delivering production-grade full-stack applications. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of software engineering principles and the complete SDLC. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to independently own technical components/features and provide guidance to junior team members.

Preferred Skills

Valuable to have : Experience with Node.js for backend/API development.

Experience with additional AWS services and cloud-native architectures. Knowledge of Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.

Experience with messaging or event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Experience with automated unit, integration, and API testing. Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks. Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and advanced RAG architectures.

Experience implementing authentication, authorization, observability, and application security.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
