About the Role

Aivaratech Infomatics is looking for a Senior Developer to lead software and technology engineering initiatives across our products and platforms.

The role involves working across application architecture, AI/ML integration, backend engineering, data pipelines, APIs, and distributed applications. You will be responsible for translating technical requirements into scalable solutions, making architecture decisions, reviewing code, and helping engineering teams deliver reliable production-ready systems.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and working across multiple layers of the technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and production-ready software applications.
- Lead application architecture and system design for new and existing products.
- Design robust APIs, backend services, databases, and distributed application components.
- Integrate AI/ML models, LLMs, algorithms, and intelligent automation into applications.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines, processing workflows, and backend services.
- Evaluate technical approaches, frameworks, libraries, and architecture patterns.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, security risks, and technical debt.
- Debug complex production and development issues and drive them to resolution.
- Work closely with product, AI/ML, frontend, and other engineering teams.
- Mentor developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Design systems with scalability, observability, security, and maintainability in mind.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and development roadmaps.
- Contribute to CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production engineering where required.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Python, Java, Node.js, Go, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and design patterns.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
- Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.
- Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of application security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to independently analyze technical problems and design practical solutions.

Preferred Skills Experience with one or more of the following will be an advantage:
