Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with software architecture and development best practices, and the ability to mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following coding standards and best practices.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Develop unit, integration, and automated tests.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.




- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases; experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.
- Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment practices.
- Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Robust problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with message queues or event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and application performance tools.
- Experience working in distributed or large-scale systems.
- Prior experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
