Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage civil construction, maintenance and site execution activities at our industrial facility in Nagothane.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring civil works are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications and project schedules.
- Monitor civil works including RCC, foundations, structural works, flooring, masonry, plastering, roads, drainage and other industrial civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and internal departments.
- Check site measurements, quantities and work completion.
- Review and interpret civil/structural drawings and resolve site-related issues.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and contractor productivity.
- Ensure proper quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction defects or deviations.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections, testing and quality compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Track project progress against planned schedules and highlight delays.




- Coordinate civil maintenance and repair activities within the plant.
- Ensure proper execution of excavation, concreting, reinforcement, shuttering and foundation-related activities.
- Coordinate with other engineering departments to avoid conflicts between civil and mechanical/electrical works.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety procedures, work permits and site safety requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation, measurements, site records and work completion reports.
- Assist in estimation, BOQ preparation and material planning whenever required.
- Support shutdown, modification, expansion and maintenance projects.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial civil construction and site execution.
- Valuable understanding of RCC, foundations, structural works and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation and measurements.
- Strong contractor and manpower management skills.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
- Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Candidate Profile:-4–5 years of experience in civil site engineering. Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.

Experience in petrochemical, chemical, manufacturing, industrial plant or heavy-industry projects will be preferred.

Candidates with experience in industrial civil maintenance/project execution can be considered.

Should be willing to work at Nagothane, Maharashtra.
