Key Responsibilities

- Academic & Administrative Leadership: Oversee daily school operations, maintain high academic standards, and ensure strict adherence to all CBSE curriculum guidelines, affiliation norms, and statutory regulations.
- Teacher Training & Mentorship: Design and deliver comprehensive professional development programs to train, mentor, and upskill teaching faculty.
- Curriculum & Pedagogy: Guide teachers in implementing innovative, student-centered teaching methodologies aligned with the latest CBSE Framework (NEP 2020).
- Compliance & Inspection Readiness: Manage all CBSE board documentation, audits, affiliation renewals, and examination workflows.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster a collaborative and engaging environment among students, teachers, parents,



and administrative staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of direct experience as a Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Education: Master’s Degree in any academic discipline with a B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
- CBSE Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of CBSE rules, affiliation bye-laws, examination patterns, and continuous professional development (CPD) requirements.
- Training Ability: Strong expertise in conducting teacher training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.
- Skills: Outstanding communication, leadership, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
