A1 SKC (formerly Sri Kannan & Co.) has been making pure cow ghee since 1975. We run our own milk plants in Salem and Hosur, make our own butter, and test every batch in our in-house Gas Chromatography (GC) lab, so the product you sell is one you can fully stand behind. Restaurants and sweet makers across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh already use A1 SKC, and we are now growing our sales team in Karnataka.

The Role

Mysuru is the home of Mysore Pak, a city that knows good ghee. As our Sales Officer for Mysuru, you will build A1 SKC's presence across sweet shops, hotels, restaurants, bakeries, caterers and retail outlets in Mysuru city and nearby towns, working through our distributors and directly with bulk buyers. You will coordinate regularly with our head office team in Chennai.

What You Will Do

- Achieve monthly targets for sales volume, new outlet additions and collections
- Appoint and manage distributors: orders, stock levels, claims and outstanding payments
- Win and grow bulk accounts: sweet shops and sweet manufacturers, hotels and restaurants serving the tourist trade, bakeries and caterers
- Run daily beat plans across kirana stores, supermarkets and provision stores, and add new outlets every month
- Plan stock with distributors ahead of Dasara, Deepavali and the wedding season, when ghee demand peaks
- Make sure our pouches,



jars and tins are available and visible in every outlet you cover
- Track competitor prices, schemes and launches, and submit daily visit and sales reports

What We Are Looking For:

Must Have

- 2–6 years of field sales experience in FMCG (food, dairy, edible oil or staples preferred)
- Hands-on experience working with distributors and general trade retailers
- Fluent Kannada and working English
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence, and a smartphone
- Currently living in or near Mysuru

Valuable to Have:
- Tamil-speaking candidates preferred (for regular coordination with our Chennai head office)
- Experience selling to sweet shops, bakeries, hotels or caterers
- Existing trade and distributor contacts in Mysuru, Mandya or Chamarajanagar
- Graduate in any discipline

What The Job Is Really Like: This is a field job, not a desk job. You will be on the road most of the day, you will be measured on monthly targets, and the festival months are the busiest time of the year. Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience.
