About the Job

Talent Acquisition Delivery

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, engineering, project, and support functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define selection criteria.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement through joining.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

- Leverage LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, skilled networks, and internal talent databases.
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring engineering and technical disciplines.
- Support critical and hard-to-fill hiring requirements through proactive market mapping.





Stakeholder & Candidate Management

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Ensure timely communication and feedback for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Recruitment Excellence

- Monitor open positions, recruitment metrics, and hiring risks.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment tools, databases, and processes.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
